Welcome to Acts Three Seven

As a certified ERS facilitator and Recovery Coach (CPRC), I started Acts Three Seven Recovery, in conjunction with Project Exodus, as a response to the need for robust outpatient recovery support that is accessible and affordable.  What I love about The ERS-facilitated group programme and individual coaching is that one can invest in your recovery amid life and responsibilities.  Having experienced the damage addiction can cause to individuals, families and the community, I resolved to make a difference in the lives of those ready to make a change and choose life by empowering them to find purpose and to flourish. I also cater for the needs of supporters of those in recovery, who have a recovery journey of their own to navigate. I share the sentiment of Project Exodus that recovery from addiction is possible for anyone.
